Women's Mental Health Week, also known as She Week. It was a week I proposed last year and was able to put into action this year alongside fellow second years and a few freshers. She Week ran from the 7th to the 13th of April. It included: trivia night, cookie decoration, Pool party, games on the mini quad, and a pilates and scones session. This helped the women at Kings feel empowered and made a safe space to make new friends and flourish with old ones.

Throughout this year, I served as a coach at MRP (Modified Rugby Program), dedicating over 45 hours of my time to the program, teaching children and young adults with cognitive and non-cognitive disabilities how to play our version of Rugby. This benefited the community by giving people with disabilites and their families an open and fun community where they can feel like everyone else.
